Generations are not a Matter of Age!
A classification of individuals based solely on their date of birth is insufficient, if not erroneous. 𝗜𝘁 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀.
