Last week, the Association des directeurs de maisons de repos de la r\u00e9gion Bruxelles-Capitale<\/span><\/span> and ERAP-GSOB.BRUSSELS<\/span><\/span><\/a> hosted a vibrant day of exchange and reflection.<\/p>\n

My contribution focused on showing how intergenerational dynamics naturally generate powerful interculturality \u2014 and how, even with limited resources, this diversity of ages, backgrounds and intelligences can become a genuine driver of more human, more effective and more sustainable practices.<\/p>\n

    Participant feedback confirmed how much this approach opens new perspectives for a sector seeking meaning, balance and recognition.<\/p>\n

    The day was beautifully enriched by the contributions of Pierre-Alain Scharff<\/span><\/span>, who shed light on major megatrends, and Jean-Marc Desmet<\/span><\/span>, who offered an inspiring vision of compassionate management. Two complementary viewpoints that elevated the collective reflection.<\/p>\n

    My heartfelt thanks to all those who, every day, help this sector evolve with heart, clarity and courage. \u2764\ufe0f\u200d\ud83e\ude79\ud83d\udc96<\/p>\n
