Why? <\/span><\/h5>\n<h5>\n<span style=\"color: #1763a6;\">\u27a1\ufe0f Because Education Does not Always Reveal our Talents.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #1763a6;\">\u27a1\ufe0f Because Companies Do not Sufficiently Activate Them.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #1763a6;\">\u27a1\ufe0f and Sometimes, Because We Ourselves Do not yet Know how to Fully Take Ownership of Them.<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #1763a6;\">This Observation, Far from Being a Criticism, is an Opportunity!<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #1763a6;\">So, how Do We Move Forward?<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5>\n<span style=\"color: #1763a6;\">\u2728 By detecting and valuing our unique talents,<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #1763a6;\">\u2728 By getting involved, individually and collectively,<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #1763a6;\">\u2728 And by creating dynamics where everyone finds their place and can thrive and invest themselves.<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #1763a6;\">Building society has never been as vital as it is today.
