Each year, I meet with Generation Z, either by delivering modules on intergenerational and intercultural management, or by supporting student entrepreneurs in creating their businesses.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

It is always an invigorating experience where I learn as much as I teach. \ud83c\udfc4\u200d\u2640\ufe0f <\/p>\n

Their ideas, energy, and ability to redefine established norms provide me with invaluable perspectives and strengthen my conviction that generational diversity is the most powerful lever for innovation and sustainability in business.<\/p>\n
