Nathalie Schubert<\/a> is a Career Counselor and Launches Ad Pactum.<\/a><\/span><\/h4>\n

I had an exciting career at Carmeuse<\/a>, which I greatly enjoyed for 20 years! Starting in the finance department, I moved through the positions of Commercial, Logistics, and Marketing Director for Eastern European countries, finally concluding as Group Director of Mergers and Acquisitions. <\/span><\/h4>\n

The assignments were rich, varied, and ambitious, ranging from company acquisitions to the construction of a factory in Oman, while being an active member of various Boards of Directors. As a project manager, I managed projects and teams in Bosnia, Serbia, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Romania, Hungary, Russia, Kazakhstan, as well as in the Middle East, India, and Thailand.<\/span><\/h4>\n

My guiding principle? My Positive Attitude! There are always solutions to problems! <\/strong><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

We Can Reinvent Ourselves and Have Multiple Professional Lives. <\/span><\/h4>\n

We Can Rise to Challenges and Learn with Joy and Enthusiasm.<\/span><\/h4>\n

The book by B\u00e9atrix Charlier<\/a>, Unleash Your Company’s Talents<\/u><\/em><\/i><\/a>, prompted me to take action and share with you, adults and students, what has shaped my path.<\/span><\/h4>\n
