“The best way to take care of the future is to take care of the present now.”<\/span><\/p>\n

P’OP offers teams Path to Meaning<\/em> structured around three workshops. The objective is to create within organizations favorable conditions for employee engagement, their assumption of responsibility, their skill development, and their autonomy. <\/p>\n

These three workshops are organized as a 2×3-hour day. Each workshop concludes with the co-creation of an action plan. These actions will be evaluated and adjusted during subsequent workshops to establish new synergies and a new dynamic. <\/p>\n

The three themes correspond to the steps leading to employee engagement and their commitment to a common objective:<\/p>\n
