Territories and Generations: Every Conference is an Encounter!

💭 I would like to start this post with a tribute.
To Brittany, which I discovered for the first time this year.
To its spirit, which I immediately recognized and loved: frank, rooted, supportive, free.

And which, to my great surprise… brought me back to my own roots, in Gaume.
Like an unexpected echo between two distant lands, yet vibrant with the same human connection.

It was in Rennes, at BNI BZH 5/5, that I had the privilege of giving a conference.
And yet, in January, it was totally improbable.
I had no local contacts, no connections there…
But sometimes, seeds sown elsewhere sprout where they are least expected.
🙏 Thank you, Éric Wirth, for this triggering connection.

I have been giving conferences for a long time — and yet, it is an exercise that challenges me every time.
Not out of fear of doing poorly. But because I refuse to fall into clichés or ready-made speeches.

👉 Intergenerational collaboration is more than just a matter of vintages.
It is not a fixed interpretation of an individual based on their birth date.
It is a question of values, thought systems, and relationships with the world.
Each generation contains its own nuances, contradictions, and contrasting sensitivities to current challenges.

🫆 This subject is for me a personal, intimate quest, made of grey areas, encounters, silences… and sometimes reconciliations.

🎙️ I explore it in my conferences, in my writings and books, and soon in season 2 of my podcast “Awaken Your Talents”.

🙏 Thank You

To Rennes and BNI BZH 5/5 for their welcome.
To Barbara Turpin & Benjamin Delagoutte for their trust.
To Barbara Barre-Canel, Camille Rollandin, and Éric Wirth for their support and the visibility they gave me.
