Nathalie Michiels
Nathalie holds a Master’s degree in Work Psychology with a specialization in Human Resources and Organizational Management. Nathalie has proven professional experience in HR management and consulting, as well as project management skills. At MindForest, Nathalie manages change management projects (mergers, restructurings/reorganizations) and supports companies and individuals in establishing a culture of well-being at work. Nathalie is also a certified MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) practitioner, authorizing her to use this universally recognized psychometric tool and integrate it into a wide range of solutions related to professional/personal training and development.
Thanks to her training as an occupational psychologist, she can apply and adapt well-founded theoretical knowledge to a given context. Her varied experience covers a wide range of skills, for example in the areas of professional motivation, satisfaction, and engagement, as well as teamwork, including the impact of organizational factors on individual and collective work.
Béatrix Charlier
Founded in 2016 in Luxembourg, the consulting firm P’OP is led by Béatrix Charlier.
P’OP helps companies (re)define their values and act in alignment with their employees’ aspirations, to encourage long-term commitment. The firm operates directly within companies, through participatory workshops, to assist in talent recruitment and improve the fluidity of interpersonal collaborations.
