Who is this training intended for?

This training is intended for coaches, psychologists, teachers, education professionals, and parents.

How is it organized?

A program of 6 e-learning modules combining theory, practice, and quizzes to reinforce learning. You progress independently, at your own pace, over 8 weeks – totaling 18 hours of training to become a true Talent Activator.

What are the targeted tests?

S-Talent is intended for students.

This method provides young people with the keys to their strengths, their study methods, and the essential keys to choosing their career path.

A test to understand how one is intelligent and reconnect with academic success.

Reconnecting with your motivation is possible!

B-Talent is intended for adults.

It helps identify the talents and development potential of adults in direct relation to the role and/or function they currently hold or wish to hold.

It is also used for career reorientation.

Mapping talents to free up team energy is essential!

I have always been driven by the power of human potential and enthusiastic about human relationships. Trained as a pediatric nurse, I worked in hospitals at Saint-Luc university clinics. I then joined the NGO ‘Chaîne de l’Espoir’.

Then, coaching training became a professional project. If you wish, I will be available to listen to you, to share what you are experiencing, to question what all of this evokes in you, and to help you navigate this period as best as possible if needed.
