PATH OF MEANING

“The best way to take care of the future is to take care of the present now.”

P’OP offers teams Path to Meaning structured around three workshops. The objective is to create within organizations favorable conditions for employee engagement, their assumption of responsibility, their skill development, and their autonomy.

These three workshops are organized as a 2×3-hour day. Each workshop concludes with the co-creation of an action plan. These actions will be evaluated and adjusted during subsequent workshops to establish new synergies and a new dynamic.

The three themes correspond to the steps leading to employee engagement and their commitment to a common objective:

How to evolve together?

How to share knowledge together?

Throughout the program, step by step, employees will explore “meaning” in its three interpretations: the meaning of actions taken, the utility of the embodied profession, and the objective to be achieved. A time to align needs and expectations, to unite teams after a particular period.
