I had an exciting career at Carmeuse, which I greatly enjoyed for 20 years! Starting in the finance department, I moved through the positions of Commercial, Logistics, and Marketing Director for Eastern European countries, finally concluding as Group Director of Mergers and Acquisitions.
The assignments were rich, varied, and ambitious, ranging from company acquisitions to the construction of a factory in Oman, while being an active member of various Boards of Directors. As a project manager, I managed projects and teams in Bosnia, Serbia, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Romania, Hungary, Russia, Kazakhstan, as well as in the Middle East, India, and Thailand.
My guiding principle? My Positive Attitude! There are always solutions to problems!
