P’OP’s 3rd Survey: “Building the Company of Tomorrow is Possible!”

A Major Survey on the Challenges of Returning to Work Post-Covid 19

There was a ‘before’ and there will be an ‘after’ the health crisis in the world of work. We can change the business world of tomorrow. We encourage you to share your opinion to be heard and help build the company of tomorrow.

For the past two months, we have witnessed a radical transformation of the world of work!

In just a few days, our relationship with work has been revolutionized: remote work, furlough, and sometimes, unfortunately, full unemployment.

Our daily lives have been disrupted: our work-life balance, our social relationships, the time we dedicate to our work, our family, our friends, ourselves, etc.

Whether we like it or not, the lockdown experience will leave its mark.

Even if everyone reacts in their own way, the tangible experience during this lockdown of our shortcomings, our deep needs, our ‘non-negotiables,’ will have allowed us to uncover our value system.

What Will be the Consequences for our Return to Work?

It is the first time in entrepreneurial history that, in just a few days, remote work has become a reality for thousands of people. While the primary objective of businesses has always been prosperity and performance consolidation, today, many of them are fighting for survival. They are unaware that another major challenge is unfolding within their teams: that of employees returning to work, meaning their re-engagement,” explains Béatrix Charlier, intergenerational management consultant at P’OP.

This survey aims to identify the new expectations of employees after this health crisis. The results will be compared to those of the previous survey conducted in 2016, allowing us to answer the question: “How to create a professional environment that encourages re-engagement?“.

Let us know what has changed for you, so that we can relay it to businesses.

  • The results will be published here, on our website starting June 10, 2020.
