Building tomorrow's business is possible!

Since its creation in 2016, P’OP has been supporting businesses by providing them with tools adapted to their needs and to new challenges.

To understand and anticipate tomorrow’s challenges, P’OP gauges the field through its surveys.

During my conferences, I share the latest trends with you.

The surveys I conducted in Luxembourg and its greater region, with the support of L.I.S.T. (Luxembourg Institute of Sciences and Technology), revealed both the weaknesses of structures and their unsuspected resources. Resources available but inactive, resources present but undetected, resources so precious because they are unique: those of intelligences!

Topics Covered

1. Integrating Gen Z without getting lost: keys to understanding, expectations, and engagement levers

How to welcome Gen Z into the company inherited from Boomers, shaped by Gen X, and challenged by Millennials?

This generation arrives with its own codes, specific expectations, and non-negotiable needs. Through this conference, discover what motivates them, what they reject, and how to create the conditions for fertile collaboration, without denying existing structures. An illuminating dive into their benchmarks, their heritage, and their vision of work.

You will learn that:

  • The question of generation is not linked to age but to the system of integrated values,
  • Millennials’ values are the result of a legacy,
  • These values inspire Gen Z, creating new avenues for reflection…

2. Awaken talents: the 7 keys to intergenerational management

What if your team’s richness lay in its generational diversity?

At a time when benchmarks are evolving, this conference provides managers with 7 concrete keys to activate each individual’s talents, foster mutual recognition, and build a collective dynamic to awaken your teams’ dormant talents!

You will integrate dnew managerial approaches to:

  • Integrate new talents
  • Nurture their motivation and accelerate their development,
  • Facilitate cross-pollination (mentoring / reverse mentoring)

3. The Gen Z enigma: What if it wasn't an attitude problem... but one of intelligences?

My research on intelligences shows a shift from so-called “structuring” intelligences — logical, analytical, sequential — towards more “sensitive” intelligences: emotional, relational, intuitive.

This shift profoundly redefines how we learn, think, and connect with reality… and with others. The skills valued yesterday are no longer those that enable cooperation, innovation, or mobilization today.

You will discover the crucial challenges for organizations facing:

  • Emerging intelligences driven by Gen Z

  • The new vulnerabilities of younger generations

  • The risks associated with the erosion of core competencies

If you would like to know more, the P'OP team will answer your questions.
