How it works?

1. You will receive an email invitation to take the online test.

Whether to identify your talents, validate a recruitment, or audit a team’s talents, the process is the same.

2. A Talent Activator delivers the analysis of your talents to you.

The analysis of your talents takes place during a private and confidential meeting with a Talent Activator, followed by the sending of your analysis report, which you can attach to your CV.

3. In a business setting, the analysis of professional talents is communicated to Human Resources.

The analysis of the correspondence between professional talents, potential for growth, and the position and/or role is communicated to the Human Resources manager within the company.
